The result of the study shows, according to the Board, that the Swedish nomination committee model, all in all, works good and that there are no reasons for changing the rules of the Code. However, the study also implies that there are reasons for the parties concerned, mainly the owners of the listed companies, to consider, among other things, the practical application of the rules in the Code.
